The most semi-technical Himalayan Mountain Kyajo- Ri (6,186 m).It is situated a few km west of Everest. Which was opened in 2002, and the first ascend by Franco & British team the same year. The mountain one of the beautiful peaks in the Himalayas with the sharp summits.Which is also called the expedition.

The Kyajo-Ri peak is an ideal Himalayan expedition who wants to take the next technical step up from Island and Mera Peak. Due to a mix of moderate rock climbing and steep alpine ice and snow.

Climb Kyajo Ri with 8000expedition leads via one of the most famous Gokyo- Ri (5,483m) trek and Renjo-La pass (5,390m) for pre-acclimatization before ascent expedition with cost experience of mountain guide & effective logistics and luxurious service.

It requires set up 2 camps, similarly to Camp 1 (5,350m) and Camp 2 (5,700m) for the summit. Due to semi-technical 8000expedition provide 2:1 climber to guide ratio to provide the important individual attention including utilize fix rope and carry groups gear. The summit is climbed up via the south route which has less risk of rock fall. Mostly 55°-60° snow and ice, some sera exposure with some steeper mixed ground.

Today we welcome you to Nepal! Hope that you had a smooth flight. We’ll be waiting with a warm greeting and easy transfer to your hotel, then we will briefing on last minutes about the specific trip (Trekking or Peak climbing) with coffee in the hotel.

After having breakfast we will fight in Lukla for about 35 minutes from Kathmandu. During flying offers stunning views of the vast Himalayan mountain range. In Lukla you will have a relaxed couple of hours before the first stage of the trek, where we will meet rest of our staff for the trek and carry a bag pack by porter then we will begin the trek to Phakding for around 4-5 hours and we will take lunch on the way before getting phakding.

Today, we cross the river on high suspension bridges with the forest full of Rhododendron and Pine trees, marvellous small and big waterfalls which are the famous attraction on this trek. The entrance to the Sagarmatha national park is just on the outskirts of Monjo. From Monjo, we begin to make gradual ascend till we get to an overhang suspension bridge and Namche. Beautiful peaks of Thamserku, Kangtega, Kusum Kanguru peaks can be seen.

On the 4th days will do a very short ascend trek from Namche to Khumjung village only about 2 hrs. Due to the short trip, most of the travellers explore this day is like acclimatization. It is important to take the day off to allow our bodies to adjust to the rarefied atmosphere before ascending to higher altitudes. Which provides the opportunity to explore the delights of this vibrant, prosperous village.

Before arriving in Khumjung village we will hike to Everest view hotel for the panoramic and spectacular view of mountains including Mt. Everest, Ama-Dablam, Kusum khangkaru, Choltse, Thamserku many more with having fresh and organic coffee enjoy.

On these days the trail goes on popular Everest Base camp route via Mongla and Photse tanga. Approx 6-7 hours trekking you can experience the excellent views of mountains including Mt Everest, Lhotse, Ama-Dablam, Kantega, and Thamserku.

From here relatively short day until Machhermo. About 3-4 hours trek again essential for good acclimatize. Machhermo is a significant place to trek as it offers a way to Gokyo valley.

Today 3-4 hours trek makes impressive Gokyo Lake. The views of the mountains are spectacular in Gokyo. And we will hike surrounded Gokyo village after having lunch.

On the 9th day, we will start from early morning to ascent Gokyo-Ri. About 2-3 hours of ascent- Gokyo-Ri which allows one of the beautiful views in the Himalayas. Gokyo-Ri itself on of the best panoramic view of Mt Everest, Cho Oyu, Labuche, Cholatse and beautiful Gokyo Lake in Nepal, which is you will never forget in a lifetime.

In these days, Renjo-la pass considers pre-acclimatize for Climb Kyajori expedition. Almost 5-6 hours trail is well-beaten and goes at an easy to moderate angle. Which will be exciting and challenging during your trip.

Today we will be walking south down the Thame Valley, effectively having circumnavigated Kyajo Ri before turning back to the north and east.

Today our trail gradually climb up to Samde village. A final short day on the established trail before we leave the valley to climb to the hidden valley which will be home to our Base Camp for the rest of the expedition.

Today we leave the main trails and follow a faint yak trail up over a couple passes to enter the Kyajo Drangka; the isolated broad valley south of our peak. It is a longish day to Base Camp, which we place at about 4550m.

Today there will be the rest day for reorganize and our climber guide gives technical climbing training opportunity at base camp.

After spending a full day rest at the Base Camp following day we will move on Camp 1. Including spare day during 4 days climbing period, In addition, mountaineer can do summit after continuing overnight Camp 1 and Camp 2, We hope we made already more acclimatize at Gokyo-Ri, Renjo-la pass.

Camp I Located (5,350m), our Climber fixes the bit of rope that needs to happen between Camps 1 and 2 and this is a good day.

Camp II  is located (5,700m) the ascent to Camp 2 involves some scrambling and progress on blocky scree and we might choose to fix small sections of rope here. From Camp 2 our climber lead climbs up to the broad saddle at the base of the Southwest Ridge. Here the ground steepens, and climb snow and ice on the Southwest Ridge. The sharp summit is a narrow wedge of snow, after attempt summit.

On 20th days we leave our camping site at the Basecamp, we will continue to retrace our steps that lead back through Mende, Thame and Namche.

Our last day on the trail, we hike from Namche to Lukla about 7-8 hours, crossing eleven suspension bridges and re-entering the fertile valleys of the lower Dudh Kosi before reaching Lukla. This is the last day of our trek in a bustling city so enjoy dinner with the team members.

The scenic morning flight back to Kathmandu gives us one last chance to say farewell to the mountains. After arriving at Kathmandu Airport we will be transferring to the hotel. In these days you will have free days explore, also the rest of the day for leisure or for looking around the local market for last minute shopping or personal activities.

Evening time we will host farewell dinner in typical Nepali Restaurant.

Today is Trip Ends – we will Drop off at the airport for final departure to selected destination, before 2 hours ago. We ensure that you leave Kathmandu with life time memory with us and see up next trip.
